Invitation to Bid (ITB):
The Baraawe District Council invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified companies for the works below. This procurement is financed under the Dowlad Kaab Program.
Scope of Work:
The scope also includes the provision of labor, materials, equipment, transportation, quality control testing, site safety measures, and environmental protection activities. The contractor shall ensure that all works are executed in accordance with the approved drawings, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), technical specifications, Baraawe District.
Availability of Bidding Documents:
- Key Dates (EAT): Bidding Documents are available at the Procurement Office, Baraawe District Office at a non-refundable fee of USD 20 per set. An official receipt will be issued. Bidders must attach a copy of the receipt to their bid.
- Issue date: 1st August 2026
- Bid submission deadline: 12:00 PM, 14 August 2026
- Bid opening: Immediately after the submission deadline, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, at the Baraawe District Main Office.
Instructions to Bidders (Summary):
- Prepare your bid in accordance with the ITB contained in the Bidding Documents.
- Submit hard-copy sealed bids (one original + one copy) clearly marked with the Reference and the Lot.
- Bid validity: minimum 14 days from the submission deadline.
- Late bids will be rejected.

| 6 | CV(s) of Key Personnel | Project Engineer (and site supervisor), with academic/registration certificates. |
| 7 | Company Profile | Legal status, ownership, organizational structure, and contact details. |
| 8 | Priced BoQ | Fully priced BoQ (amount in figures and words), inclusive of all taxes. |
| 9 | Signed Form of Tender | Properly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory. |
| 10 | Bank Statement | Company bank statement for the last 12 months. |
| 12 | Equipment & Capacity | List/ownership/lease of key equipment and logistics available for the works. |
