Invitation to Bid (ITB)
The District Council of Adaado has received funding from the Dowlad-Kaab Programme for Local Governance and Decentralized Service Delivery, and would like to apply part of the funds for Extension and Rehabilitation.
The District Council of Adaado therefore advertises for bids from eligible and suitably qualified companies to provide the following services:

Scope of Work
The scope also includes the provision of labor, materials, equipment, transportation, quality control testing, site safety measures, and environmental protection activities. The contractor shall ensure that all works are executed in accordance with the approved drawings, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), technical specifications, Adado District.
Availability of Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents are available at the Procurement Office, Adado District Office at a non-refundable fee of USD 20 per set. An official receipt will be issued. Bidders must attach a copy of the receipt to their bid.

- Issue date: 29 July 2026
- Bid submission deadline: 12:00 PM, 11-August-2026
- Bid opening: Immediately after the submission deadline, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, at the Adado District Main Office.
Instructions to Bidders (Summary)
- Prepare your bid in accordance with the ITB contained in the Bidding Documents.
- Submit hard-copy sealed bids (one original + one copy) clearly marked with the Reference and the Lot.
- Bid validity: minimum 14 days from the submission deadline.
- Late bids will be rejected.
