NOTICE FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS & SERVICE PROVIDERS
2026 – 2028
Braintec Consulting is a consulting and advisory firm undertaking assignments across the wider Horn of Africa. In support of its operations and assignments, Braintec regularly procures goods and engages third-party service providers in various locations.
Braintec invites applications from qualified and eligible suppliers and service providers operating in Afmadow and Togwajaale corridors for prequalification and inclusion in its supplier database for the period 2026–2028. Applicants may apply for one or more categories and should clearly indicate the locations in which they are able to provide the relevant goods or services.

Eligibility Requirements
- Company/business profile and contact details.
- Valid registration/incorporation documentation.
- Tax registration and applicable statutory compliance documents.
- Relevant licences or permits for regulated services.
- Evidence of experience providing the category of goods/services applied for.
- At least two relevant client references.
- Details of facilities, vehicles, equipment or other capacity relevant to the category.
- Service locations, clearly indicating capability in the aforementioned corridors.
- Indicative price/rate schedule where applicable.
- Declaration of any actual or potential conflict of interest.
Braintec may undertake additional due diligence before including an applicant in its approved supplier database.
Submission
Applications should clearly state the applicable Prequalification Reference Number(s) and be submitted under the subject;
