Job Description
Rehabilitation, constructions and vehicle services
Aid Vision, a national humanitarian organization, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for Rehabilitation of Shallow wells, Constructions of communal latrines and vehicle services in Adan Yabaal District. Tender documents containing detailed specifications can be obtained from the procurement office at the Aid Vision offices in Jowhar or Mogadishu between 9:00am to 2:00pm.
- Prospective suppliers must prove that they qualify to participate in the procurement by providing the following documents or evidence
- Registration Certificate of Ministry of Commerce, FSG, Banadir Region or Hirshabelle Regional Administration and any other relevant line ministries
- Prove of compliance with government regulations e.g. tax compliance
- Details of company’s Bank(s) and one-year statement.
- The supplier should have minimum three years of experience in the supply of the item(s) tendered for.
- Company profile detailing Proof of reference related work experience
- Prospective three contractors for two Mobile Teams and one for WASH services that qualifies to participate in the procurement by providing the following documents or evidence:
- Valid Ownership book
- Based in Adan Yabaal
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must have a seven seater vehicle
- Should be roadworthy
Bids must remain valid for a period of Seven (7) days from the date of tender opening.
The completed tenders in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked under the below references to delivered to the procurement office At the Aid Vision offices in Mogadishu or send through this email-Procurement.aidvision@gmail.com not later than 4.00pm on 12thMarch, 2024.
