Supply and Delivery of Goods/Services

Aid Vision, a national humanitarian organization, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the delivery of supplies and services as listed below to Two Health Centers in the IDP sites, Deynile District, Banadir Region, Somalia.

The following are the targeted areas: Bangla and Weydow in the IDP sites, Deynile District

Tender documents containing detailed specifications can be obtained from the procurement office at the Aid Vision office in Mogadishu between 9:00am to 2:00pm.

1. Prospective suppliers for Medical Health Supply, furniture, and health equipment suppliers must prove that they qualify to participate in the procurement by providing the following documents or evidence:

• Registration Certificate of Ministry of Commerce, FSG, Banadir Region or Hirshabelle Regional Administration and any other relevant line ministries
• Prove of compliance with government regulations e.g. tax compliance, quality assurance,
• Details of company’s Bank(s) and one-year statement.
• The supplier should have minimum three years of experience in the supply of the item(s) tendered for.
• Company profile detailing Proof of reference related work experience

2. Prospective one contractor for a supervision vehicle must prove that qualify to participate in the procurement by providing the following documents or evidence:

• Valid Ownership book
• Based in Mogadishu
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must have a seven seater vehicle
• Should be roadworthy

3. Prospective contractors for referral vehicles must prove that they qualify to participate in the procurement by providing the following documents or evidence:

• Valid Ownership book
• Based in Mogadishu
• Valid driver’s license.
• Should be roadworthy
• Must have Oxygen Concentrator
• Should have a Portable Bed and forms (stretcher)
• Must have a Siren

Bids must remain valid for a period of Seven (7) days from the date of tender opening.

The completed tenders in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked under the below references to delivered to Procurement Aid Vision Head Office in Mogadishu or send through email Procurement.aidvision@gmail.com not later than 4.00pm on 9^thJuly, 2024.

The bidders MUST comply with all the instructions and rules of the tender and particularly ensure that all the forms required are properly completed and signed and stamped.

Tenders/bids will be opened immediately thereafter (Tuesday, 9^ThJuly2024 at 4:00 pm), in the presence of tenderers representatives who choose to attend at Aid Vision Conference Room in Mogadishu.
