INVITATION TO TENDERS

Supply and Delivery of Goods

Aid Vision, a national humanitarian organization, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for Supply and Delivery of supplies as listed below to Two Health Centers and Three Mobile Team in Jowhar Districts. The Targeted Area are in the following:     Geedo Berkaan and Kongo in Jowhar and three Mobile Teams serving 15 rural villages in Jowhar District.

Tender documents containing detailed specifications can be obtained from the procurement office at the Aid Vision offices in Jowhar and Mogadishu between 9:00am to 2:00pm.

1. Prospective suppliers for furniture, Medical Health Supply  and health equipment suppliers must prove that they qualify to participate in the procurement by providing the following documents or evidence:

• Registration Certificate of Ministry of Commerce, FSG, Banadir Region or Hirshabelle Regional Administration and any other relevant line ministries
• Prove of compliance with government regulations e.g. tax compliance
• Details of company’s Bank(s) and one-year statement.
• The supplier should have minimum three years of experience in the supply of the item(s) tendered for.
• Company profile detailing Proof of reference related work experience

2. Prospective Four contractors for vehicles must prove that they qualify to participate in the procurement by providing the following documents or evidence:

• Valid Ownership book
• Updated ;;;;
• Based in Jowhar
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must have a seven seater vehicle, preferably a Toyota Noha
• Should be roadworthy

Bids must remain valid for a period of Seven (7) days from the date of tender opening.

The completed tenders in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked under the below references to delivered to Procurement Aid Vision Head Office in Mogadishu or send through email Procurement.aidvision@gmail.com not later than 12.00 noon on 1^stJune, 2023.

The bidders MUST comply with all the instructions and rules of the tender and particularly ensure that all the forms required are properly completed and signed and stamped.

Tenders/bids will be opened immediately thereafter (Sunday, 2^ndJune 2023 at 8:00 am), in the presence of tenderers representatives who choose to attend at Aid Vision Conference Room in Mogadishu.
